Apple Korea inc. has a first trial against their customer who wants his iPhone 5 back







On 12 August 2014 / at 11:30am, Apple Korea has a first trial against their customer who wants his iPhone 5 back.








Apple Korea insisted as following statements;

1. Apple Korea does not gurantee as per terms and conditions of Apple Korea what plaintiff(customer) wants to
2. U-BASE, one of authorized services provider of Apple Korea, is repair outsourcing company of Apple product and it independ from Apple Korea. Nothing related with Apple Korea but only contracted with service provider.
3. On repair request form of Apple products which placed in U BASE service centre, one of terms and condition state that once service centre accepted the products, item belongs to Apple and do need to return it to customer no matter what.

Customer insisted as following statements;

1. U-BASE is authorized services provider of Apple Korea and U-BASE stated that Apple Korea has customer's iPhone 5.
2. U-BASE distributed the service request form which marked of terms and conditions very first place.
3. Battery faluts including sharp drop of battery level and battery inflation are coverage of guarantee.

This trial happened that customer who purchased iPhone 5, he had experience the battery faluts and requested to repair it. Apple Korea does not allow to return the products as per customer's request to bring it back, as per Apple Korea's service policy.
